The Department of Information Sciences staff are available to assist the faculty in acquiring the computing resources for all courses.

Computer Lab - The department's computer lab is on the third floor of the law school, CSL 318. The lab is open for students and faculty to use whenever there is not a class scheduled, but must confirm with cua-lis@cua.edu to ensure the space is unlocked. Check the lab calendar for availability, or reserve for special classes and workshops.

The Information Commons in Law Room 315 may be reserved by sending an email to cua-lis@cua.edu. For availability check the Information Commons calendar and then sending an email to cua-lis@cua.edu

Passwords - In order to log into instructor podiums on campus, you will need to use your NT username and password. You may reset your password at https://webapp.catholic.edu/password/

Cardinal Station - You can access your class roster by following these instructions:

  1. After logging onto Cardinal Students, GO TO Faculty Self Service and then to Faculty Center.
  2. Display your class roster by clicking on the people group icon on the far left of your teaching schedule for each class listed.
  3. See pictures of your students using the appropriate display option.

You can post your grades in Cardinal Students via curriculum management > grading > grade roster.

Software for Classes - The computer labs run only licensed software on all computers. In the Windows 10 environment only an Administrator from Technology Support can load software. In order that the faculty and students will have a safe and trouble free computing environment, the Technology Committee has established procedures for requesting the purchase of software. Please consult the Technology Acquisition Policy and use the Technology Services Software Installation Request Form to submit requests.

Class Web Pages -  All faculty have google sites as part of the google for education suite at Catholic University.
